How do I substitute or cancel a delegate for a conference?

Substitutions are welcome any time.  All bookings carry a 50% liability immediately after a fully completed sales contract has been reserved by the Axiom Groupe office.  To obtain a 50% refund, a written notice must be received by mail or fax 1 month before the event dates.  Cancellation with less than 1 month notice of the conference carries a 100% liability. Documentation or CD-ROM (including all the conference materials) will be sent to the delegate if no other substitute can come.

What do I do for accommodation and travel arrangements?

We will be glad to help you with accommodation and travel arrangements at very reasonable prices.  Details are available in our information packet.  If you are making your own accommodation arrangements make sure to mention that you are attending our conference to get our discount.  For any help, please contact our hospitality department for more information.

When will I receive my conference material?

All information about the conference you need for accommodation and travel as well as the agenda and speakers will be sent to you immediately after confirmation of payment.

 

The exclusive conference material, such as a CD-Rom and other handouts, text or literature, etc. will be distributed on the first morning of the conference (unless otherwise stated in the event program).

What is a workshop and are they included in the conference?

From time to time Axiom Groupe provides special workshops around a specific best practice, methodology, or professional development training.

Are the meals included in the conference registration fee?

Networking lunches and coffee breaks of high quality standards are arranged for each conference and are included in the fee.

 

Also an optional complimentary cocktail or networking event may be organized for the first evening of each two day conference.

 

In addition an optional dinner, at extra cost, may follow.

How do I get to the conference venue?

The venue is listed in the Axiom Groupe Conference information packet you will receive once payment is confirmed. You will have all the details of the hotel, including a location map.  Also, an accommodation page is enclosed.

 

If you are not staying at the primary location, taxi service is usually the easiest way to arrive at the conference.

 

For the additional complimentary or optional activities, transportation is arranged separately.
